The Accounts Payable Associate supports the Accounting Department by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual processes that service the Company’s success. Under direct supervision the Accounts Payable Associate facilitates departmental responsibilities for multiple operating businesses.
This position works on-site Monday through Friday at our Dallas, TX office.

The Accounts Payable Associate supports the Accounting Department by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual processes that service the Company’s success. Under direct supervision the Accounts Payable Associate facilitates departmental responsibilities for multiple operating businesses.
This position works on-site Monday through Friday at our Dallas, TX office.
Responsibilities will include assisting with:
- Perform tasks related to accounts payable
- Provide Backup support for accounts receivable
- Perform account reconciliation (bank, balance sheet, schedules, etc.)
- Maintain multi-unit subledgers
- Perform Ad Hoc reporting
- Support outside auditor requests as needed
- Perform administrative task (virtual scanning, filling, reporting, researching etc.)
- Additional duties as required
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar role
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience supporting multi-business and/or multi-unit accounting functions
- Experience with QuickBooks and Netsuite
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with reporting (Aging Reports, 1099, Fixed Assets, etc.)
- Broader Accounting knowledge in preparing general ledger reconciliations
