The Executive Assistant will perform a variety of administrative tasks and support some of our company’s Executives. The Executive Assistant’s responsibilities include managing calendars, making travel arrangements and preparing various reports. To be successful in this role, they should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance.

Essential responsibilities and tasks of the Executive Assistant are:
  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage executive’s calendar and schedule meetings
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Create and submit expense reimbursements
  • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
  • Preparing reports, memos and other documents
  • Researching and collecting data to prepare documents for review and presentation
  • Helping prepare for meetings
  • Additional duties as required
Successful Executive Assistant candidates will have:
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience of Executive Support is required
  • Experience in Wealth Management/Finance is highly preferred
  • Experience in Salesforce and Concur helpful
  • In-depth experience with MS Office suite
  • Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities
  • Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
  • Professional level verbal and written communications skills
